• Warehouse Officer (Lesvos)

    The Warehouse Officer ensures that the Lesvos project has access to the aid it requires to maintain a regular and dignified NFI distribution service to the communities we support. The officer focuses on ensuring our storage spaces (warehouse, and containers in Parea), where we receive and process NFI, are well-stocked and organised. This can involve maintaining order in the storage space through maintenance of digital stock tracking, coordinating volunteers on shifts, and assisting with organising shipments of NFI from NGOs.

    Where: Lesvos

    When: December 1st.

  • Social Media Intern (International Position)

    We’re always looking for people with a passion for aesthetics and communications. Alongside time spent volunteering at our warehouses, and on distributions, the Social Media Intern will be in charge of our social media platforms and posting all our content in coordination with the Advocacy and Communications Manager, although the role can be remote. This role is paramount our assessing our impact on our social media platforms (KPIs) and informing Collective Aid’s strategic planning within the Advocacy and Communications department. This is an international position that will work will all three projects and is part of a department formed by: Advocacy and Communications Manager, Border Violence Coordinator and three Advocacy and Communications Officers.

  • Photographers / Videographers (Serbia, France, and BiH)

    We’re looking for someone that can provide and take quality images of the situation of people on the move in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Experience in humanitarian aid and background knowledge is required.
