Fundraising Coordinator

Join our International Team! We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to design and execute high-impact fundraising campaigns with a primary focus on individual giving and recurring donor growth. This position is focused on the planning and running of campaigns, rather than grant writing and donor reporting. We’re therefore looking for someone with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns, and not specifically seeking a background in grants or reporting. What will you do: Design and deliver high-performing seasonal fundraising campaigns; Tracking campaign performance and refining approaches based on data and learning; Develop and implement strategies for community growth and optimising pathways for monthly giving.

Contract Type: Part-time Independent Contractor

  • Contract Duration: Short-term (Until December 2026), approximately 20hrs per week

  • Compensation: Base rate of 400.00 EUR with opportunities for increase

  • Reporting to: Head of Organisation

  • Base: Remote

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in campaign-based fundraising, individual giving, or digital fundraising and demonstrated ability to drive donations through storytelling, marketing, or direct response techniques;

  • Strong writing and messaging skills, particularly for donor-facing communications and comfortable working with data;

  • Experience with recurring giving or donor retention strategies desirable;

  • Knowledge of grassroots, humanitarian, or human rights organisations, and knowledge of the European migration context desirable.
