Lesvos Programmes Manager

We are seeking a Programmes Manager for our programme in Lesvos, Greece. The PM is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and strategic continuity of Collective Aid’s field programme ensuring safe, efficient, and high-impact operations that uphold Collective Aid’s mission of dignified aid delivery and human rights advocacy. This person will supervise the running of our clothing free shop and hygiene free shop at Parea Community Centre.

Where: Lesvos
Contract Type: Self-employed Contractor
Contract Fee: €800 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: Equivalent to full-time

Trustee with Community-Building Experience

We’re looking for a Trustee with substantial community building expertise to join our board and help strengthen our ability to advise Collective Aid leadership on matters of fundraising to support our fundraising strategy, and guide the growth of our organisation. 

What you’ll do:

• Advise on fundraising and regular-giving strategy
• Strengthen community engagement & donor culture
• Join monthly remote board meetings (6–8 hrs/month)

We’re looking for:

• Experience in community building and regular giving
• Background in NGOs or grassroots work 
• Knowledge of international NGO operations and cross-border governance
• Desirably strategic thinkers with experience in human rights advocacy and safeguarding policy

Trustee with Legal Experience

We’re recruiting a Trustee with substantial expertise in charity law, compliance, and risk management to join our board and help strengthen our governance framework. This role will support Collective Aid’s leadership on legal oversight, safeguarding systems, and cross-border compliance to ensure strong, ethical organisational growth.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on UK charity law, governance, and compliance
• Guide safeguarding frameworks, employment matters & contractor agreements
• Support policy development and cross-border legal alignment
• Join monthly remote board meetings (approx. 6–8 hrs/month)

We’re looking for:

• Demonstrated legal expertise (charity law, compliance, risk, employment)
• Background in NGOs, humanitarian organisations, or grassroots work
• Knowledge of international NGO operations and cross-border governance
• Desirably strategic thinkers with experience in human rights advocacy or safeguarding policy
